I didn't start my career in a boardroom or with a suite of certifications. I started on the sales floor as an associate, learning the heartbeat of business one customer interaction at a time. I've navigated the transition from individual contributor to strategic leader. I've learned that the gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't filled by working harder — it's filled by working smarter through self-awareness and intentional communication. I now dedicate my "Hype" to helping others navigate their own climb. I specialize in taking complex workplace transformation and making it tactical, human, and — most importantly — achievable. I'm a firm believer that your background doesn't define your ceiling; your alignment does. I've climbed the ladder. Now, I'm here to help you build yours.
